Conditions
Pungs or kongs of all four winds, plus any pair. The wind sets do not also score Pung of Terminals or Honors. All Terminals and Honors, Half Flush or All Honors may be added when applicable.
How to build it
Keep pairs of the required ranks or honors as seeds for pungs. Before calling a chow, check whether it removes a concealed-pung or concealed-hand pattern.
