Conditions
A pung or kong matching the seat wind. That set does not also score Pung of Terminals or Honors. If seat and round winds match, both wind awards are counted.
How to build it
Keep pairs of the required ranks or honors as seeds for pungs. Before calling a chow, check whether it removes a concealed-pung or concealed-hand pattern.
