Conditions
A pung or kong of suited 1s, 9s or winds. Dragons score Dragon Pung instead. A wind set counted as Prevalent Wind or Seat Wind is excluded.
How to build it
Keep pairs of the required ranks or honors as seeds for pungs. Before calling a chow, check whether it removes a concealed-pung or concealed-hand pattern.
