Conditions
Three wind pungs or kongs. Applicable Pung of Terminals or Honors, Prevalent Wind and Seat Wind are counted separately under the adopted 1998/WMO reading.
How to build it
Keep pairs of the required ranks or honors as seeds for pungs. Before calling a chow, check whether it removes a concealed-pung or concealed-hand pattern.
