Conditions
Three wind pungs or kongs and a pair of the fourth wind. Wind sets do not also score Pung of Terminals or Honors; Prevalent Wind, Seat Wind and All Pungs may be added.
How to build it
Keep pairs of the required ranks or honors as seeds for pungs. Before calling a chow, check whether it removes a concealed-pung or concealed-hand pattern.
