8 · Winning circumstances
Conditions
Win on another player’s added-kong tile. Concealed kongs cannot be robbed, with no Thirteen Orphans exception. The added-kong player pays as the discarder.
How to build it
The source of the winning tile matters. Check self-draw versus discard, the last wall tile, kong replacement tiles and added-kong claims at the moment of winning.
