Win on the fourth copy after the other three are visible in discards or exposed sets, including self-draw. Robbing the Kong excludes this award.
How to build it
The source of the winning tile matters. Check self-draw versus discard, the last wall tile, kong replacement tiles and added-kong claims at the moment of winning.
