Conditions
Only suited 1s and 9s, as a pung hand or seven pairs. Double Pung and Triple Pung may be added under the adopted WMO interpretation; Seven Pairs may also be added for that shape.
How to build it
Keep pairs of the required ranks or honors as seeds for pungs. Before calling a chow, check whether it removes a concealed-pung or concealed-hand pattern.
