Conditions
All four sets are exposed through chow, pung or exposed kong, then win the final pair on a discard. Single Wait is excluded; self-draw and concealed-hand patterns cannot apply.
How to build it
The source of the winning tile matters. Check self-draw versus discard, the last wall tile, kong replacement tiles and added-kong claims at the moment of winning.
