Conditions
A combined rule outside the official 81: one exposed and one concealed kong. It replaces their individual kong awards; the concealed kong still contributes to concealed-pung counts.
How to build it
Track the fourth copy and whether each kong is exposed or concealed. Before declaring, check concealed-pung counts and the replacement-tile winning chances.
