Win by self-draw with no exposed sets. Concealed Hand is excluded. Special hands that necessarily remain concealed may also add this award on self-draw.
How to build it
The source of the winning tile matters. Check self-draw versus discard, the last wall tile, kong replacement tiles and added-kong claims at the moment of winning.
