Conditions
A sole winning tile type completing 12 with 3, or 89 with 7. Edge, closed and single waits are mutually exclusive; two or more winning tile types remove all three awards.
How to build it
Check the entire hand’s possible winning tiles. A second winning tile type removes the single-type wait award, even if one decomposition resembles the intended wait.
