Conditions
Four pungs or kongs and a pair using only suited 2s, 4s, 6s and 8s. All Simples and No Honors are excluded.
How to build it
Keep pairs of the required ranks or honors as seeds for pungs. Before calling a chow, check whether it removes a concealed-pung or concealed-hand pattern.
